Upper Idler Rollers (Carrying Idlers) on Belt Conveyors

Belt Conveyor Belts (Rubber Belts)

Tubular Chain Conveyor

It can also convey horizontally, inclined, or vertically, or in combination. The diameter and length of its pipe can be adjusted to customer requirements to meet the needs of conveying different materials.

Conveying Disc

The conveying disc of a tubular chain conveyor is a circular scraper or chain plate fixed to the chain. It pushes the material along inside the closed pipe and is the core load-bearing component of the conveyor. It is usually made of wear-resistant material and circulates inside the pipe together with the chain, enabling the horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveying of powder or granular materials.

Sprocket

The sprocket is a key transmission component of a tubular chain conveyor. Its main function is to mesh with the chain and, by rotating, drive the chain so that the material is conveyed continuously inside the closed pipe.
