Tubular Chain Conveyor

Description: A tubular chain conveyor is a device developed specifically for the continuous conveying of bulk materials such as powders, small granules, and small lumps. It can also convey horizontally, inclined, or vertically, or in combination. The diameter and length of its pipe can be adjusted to customer requirements to meet the needs of conveying different materials.

Introduction

Tubular chain conveyors are designed specifically for the continuous conveying of bulk materials such as powders, small granules, and small lumps, and can also convey horizontally, inclined, and vertically in combination. The diameter and length of the pipe can be adjusted to customer requirements to meet the needs of conveying different materials. The equipment consists of the conveying pipe, reducer, drive motor, power switch, chain, chain plates, transmission housing, inlet, and outlet. In conveying materials it offers the high conveying capacity, long service life, low maintenance cost, good sealing, safety, and low energy consumption of a buried scraper conveyor, as well as the vertical conveying capability of a bucket elevator; it also provides a flexible layout (horizontal-vertical or inclined-horizontal) and high sealing performance. During vertical conveying there is no material backflow, no damage to the material, and no dust generation. When conveying materials that contain moisture, are prone to adhesion, or have a very low specific gravity, an electric cleaner can be installed inside the housing.

Features

a. Compact structure, small footprint, and the ability to change conveying direction in three dimensions.

b. No dust collector is needed at the outlet, and the pipe can be filled with gas during conveying.

c. The material is conveyed smoothly along the pipe with little breakage, and the gentle curves produce very little debris from the material particles.

d. Low energy consumption and economical operation, with the entire system driven by only one motor.

e. No system blockage, suitable for conveying materials in various forms.
