We take charge of customs‑clearance formalities for your order. You are required to supply all documentation needed for customs declaration. We engage professional customs brokers to streamline the whole process — including declaration, tax settlement and cargo inspection — to ensure smooth customs release. Upon clearance completion, we will proceed with shipment arrangements.

All products include complimentary online technical guidance for installation and commissioning. Should you purchase on‑site installation support, our technical engineers will perform on‑site services in accordance with your service contract.

If you experience any problems during product operation, free service applies for failures covered by our warranty terms. Where issues fall outside warranty coverage or the warranty has lapsed, paid service solutions are available.
