Hydraulic Oil Filter Element

I. Core Functions

1. Filtration: Filters metal wear debris, impurities, and sludge out of the hydraulic or lubricating oil, protecting precision moving parts such as oil pumps, valves, bearings, and crossheads.

2. Interception: Traps wear particles to prevent valve core jamming and ensure a stable oil supply to the unit's oil circuit.

3. Protection: A built-in differential pressure bypass ensures emergency oil flow once the element is blocked, avoiding oil starvation failure.

II. Structural Form

The exterior is a perforated galvanized steel cylinder; the filter medium inside is impregnated wood-pulp paper; the top and bottom are galvanized cold-rolled steel end caps; and the central core has a metal support mesh to prevent deformation.

III. Commonly Used Materials

1. Filter layer: Phenolic resin-impregnated filter paper (wood-pulp filter paper).

2. Internal and external support: galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet (perforated mesh tube).

3. Matching seals: NBR nitrile rubber O-rings
