Description: Static-seal wear part for gas-valve assemblies. Installed on mating faces of inlet and outlet valve bodies to provide sealing for gas-valve assemblies under high-pressure hydrogen service.
Fills clearances between gas-valve mating joint faces to prevent outward leakage of high-pressure hydrogen and stop ingress of ambient air. Ensures reliable sealing after gas-valve assembly and stabilizes cylinder pressure at each compressor stage. Absorbs assembly stress and compensates for minor thermally induced deformation.
Annular rubber sealing ring. For high-pressure hydrogen applications, select hydrogen-embrittlement-resistant, high-pressure-grade fluoroelastomer (FKM) with anti-aging and hydrogen-permeation-resistant properties. Circular cross-section; fitted into matching sealing grooves of gas valves.
