Compensates for minor surface unevenness and operational thermal deformation; cushions bolt pre-load stress and protects metal valve-seat sealing faces.
Flat sheet-form gasket profiled to match sealing-face contours. For high-pressure hydrogen service, adopt hydrogen-embrittlement-resistant, high-temperature composite sealing material featuring good resilience, high-pressure tolerance and resistance to media permeation.
