First-stage intake and exhaust valve plate

Main functions

Controls unidirectional suction for the first‑stage cylinder. On piston down‑stroke (suction stroke), the valve plate opens and hydrogen flows into the cylinder. During compression stroke, the valve plate presses firmly against the valve seat to block reverse flow of high‑pressure hydrogen back into the suction piping. It maintains first‑stage suction volume, guarantees compression efficiency and withstands alternating impact loads from hydrogen media.

Structural materials

‑ Thin‑section annular geometry.

‑ For hydrogen service: high‑strength alloy / stainless‑steel with hydrogen‑embrittlement resistance and fatigue‑resistance; featuring good impact‑resistance and corrosion‑resistance.

‑ Matches with valve seat and springs to form complete first‑stage intake‑valve assembly.
