Induced Draft Fan

Ventilation equipment generating negative pressure suction by impeller rotation to extract flue gas or air from process systems. Commonly deployed in boilers, factories and tunnels. Usually mounted at system terminals to extract hot flue gas from furnaces and feed gas to chimneys or dust removal & desulfurization systems.

Blower

Mechanical equipment for gas pressurization and conveying, with typical outlet gauge pressure ranging from 0.015 MPa to 0.2 MPa. Widely applied in industrial ventilation, wastewater treatment aeration, pneumatic conveying and automotive air conditioning systems.

Double Screw Conveyor

A double screw conveyor, also known as a twin-shaft screw conveyor, is a high-efficiency conveying device developed from the single-shaft screw conveyor. Two screw shafts are mounted side by side in a U-shaped trough or a double tube, one left-handed and one right-handed. In operation the two screws rotate synchronously in opposite directions through a pair of gears at the shaft ends, jointly pushing the material along the axial direction.

Rotary Drum

Rotary drum (vacuum filter drum / filter drum) is the core rotating component of vacuum drum filters used in corn gluten concentration dehydration; among the most critical main spare parts of dehydration equipment. It is a horizontally oriented cylindrical stainless steel shell covered with filter cloth, partially immersed inside feed trough and rotating slowly driven by main shaft. Drum interior is axially partitioned into multiple independent sector shaped vacuum compartments connected to vacuum system via end face distribution heads. Under vacuum suction effect, slurry moisture is drawn through filter cloth, gluten particles deposit as filter cake upon drum outer surface; completing continuous workflow of adsorption, dehydration and cake discharge.

Fluidized bed

Process technology using gas or liquid flow to suspend solid particles so particles behave like fluid media. Widely applied in chemical processing, power generation, environmental protection and aquarium filtration.

Ion Exchange Column

Cylindrical pressure vessel performing ion exchange reactions. Water softening, substance separation and purification are achieved via ion exchange between solution and internally filled ion exchange resin.

Mixer

A mixer is a device that forces convection and uniform mixing of liquid or gaseous media. It is widely used in chemicals, laboratories, food, and construction. Through a rotating impeller it applies shear, convection, and diffusion forces to the material to achieve mixing, dispersion, homogenization, or dissolution.

Tubular Chain Conveyor

A tubular chain conveyor is a device developed specifically for the continuous conveying of bulk materials such as powders, small granules, and small lumps. It can also convey horizontally, inclined, or vertically, or in combination. The diameter and length of its pipe can be adjusted to customer requirements to meet the needs of conveying different materials.

Gear Reducer

Gear Reducer (geared motor / gear box) is core power transmission component for corn gluten concentration dehydration equipment (screw press dehydrator, vacuum drum filter etc.), key power system spare part. Installed between electric motor and working assembly (auger / rotary drum). Function: reduce motor high rotational speed (approx. 1450 rpm) down to process required low speed (10 30 rpm), meanwhile amplifying output torque to drive dehydrator internal rotating assemblies against material loading resistance.

Bag Sewing Machine Head

Core sealing assembly for big bag packaging production lines. Mounted above the conveyor frame, it performs high speed sewing closure for woven bags, paper plastic composite bags and kraft paper bags filled with modified starch. It prevents starch dust leakage and moisture ingress. Interfaced with quantitative packaging scales and conveying equipment to deliver continuous automatic bag sewing operations.

Lift Feeder

The starch drying lift (also called a lift feeder or dispersing lifter) is the core feeding and dispersing equipment in a starch flash-air drying system. It is designed specifically to handle caked wet starch filter cake, breaking up the wet material and throwing it into the hot air drying duct to prevent pipe blockage and caking, ensuring instant flash drying.

Liquefaction Skid-Mounted Unit

Corn starch liquefaction equipment is used in the production of starch sugar, alcohol, monosodium glutamate, citric acid, and the like. High-temperature-resistant α-amylase is used to gelatinize and degrade corn starch granules into dextrin, reducing the viscosity of the mash and preparing it for subsequent saccharification or fermentation. The mainstream configuration is the continuous jet liquefaction system (most commonly used in industry).

Rotary Filter

Also known as a brush-type self-cleaning filter, this is an inline self-cleaning filtration device that uses a built-in rotating brush to scrape the screen mechanically, allowing continuous filtration with automatic brushing and blowdown without stopping the machine or removing the screen. It falls into two main categories: hand-cranked and fully automatic electric.

Sorbitol Hydrogenation Reactor

The sorbitol hydrogenation reactor is a gas-liquid-solid three-phase high-pressure vessel in which an aqueous glucose solution is catalytically hydrogenated under high pressure over a Raney nickel or ruthenium catalyst to produce sorbitol. It is core hydrogenation equipment in the sugar alcohol industry, available as batch reactors (mainstream), semi-continuous, and continuous units.

Vibrator Assembly

The vibrator assembly is a complete, integrated vibration excitation unit that provides controllable vibration force for vibrating screens, silos, chutes and vibrating conveying equipment. It is widely used in deep processing production lines for agricultural and sideline products such as grain, starch, citric acid and sorbitol, performing functions such as anti-blocking, discharging, screening and unloading of materials.
