Description: The vibrator assembly is a complete, integrated vibration excitation unit that provides controllable vibration force for vibrating screens, silos, chutes and vibrating conveying equipment. It is widely used in deep processing production lines for agricultural and sideline products such as grain, starch, citric acid and sorbitol, performing functions such as anti-blocking, discharging, screening and unloading of materials.
The motor drives the eccentric weight (eccentric block) to rotate at high speed, generating a centrifugal excitation force; the vibration force is transmitted through the base to the screen body or silo wall, causing the equipment to produce high-frequency, small-amplitude vibration, which breaks up material agglomerates, eliminates arching and bridging in the silo and promotes smooth material flow.
1. Vibration motor main unit: Stator, rotor, bearings and adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends; loosening the pressure plate changes the angle of the eccentric blocks, thereby adjusting the excitation force.
2. Mounting base/bracket: Cast iron welded base, serving as the vibration transmission carrier, with anchor bolt holes.
3. Sealing components: end caps, sealing rings, dustproof and waterproof.
4. Junction box and cable
5. Optional accessories: shock-absorbing pads, explosion-proof housing, vibration controller, time delay switch
1. Electric vibrator assembly (three-phase vibration motor)
Most versatile; 380V/220V; protection rating IP54-IP55; capable of 24-hour continuous operation; explosion-proof EX version optional; mostly used on vibrating screens and silo exteriors.

2. Pneumatic Vibrator Assembly
Driven by compressed air; no electric sparks, high explosion-proof safety; suitable for dusty, flammable and explosive workshops; requires a matching air compressor.
English: Pneumatic Vibrator Assembly
3. Electromagnetic vibrator assembly
High-frequency reciprocating vibration; no rotating parts; suitable for small silos; relatively small amplitude.
