Spray pipe nozzle

A spray nozzle is a core component at the end of a spray piping system. It converts the pressurized liquid in the pipeline into spray droplets with a set shape, angle and droplet size, completing gas-liquid contact processes such as washing, cooling, absorption, dust removal, humidification and cleaning. It is widely used together with spray headers and branch spray pipes.

Spray pump seal

The spray pump seal (shaft seal) is a core accessory of the spray circulating pump. It is installed where the pump shaft passes through the pump casing, sealing the gap between the rotating pump shaft and the pump casing to prevent the spray liquid from leaking out, while preventing air from being drawn back into the pump chamber and ensuring stable water pressure in the spray system. It is widely used in production lines such as starch sugar, food wet spray washing sections, desulfurization and waste gas spray towers.

Screen frame

The screen frame is the core load-bearing component of fiber screening machines (rotary vibrating screen, linear screen, air classifier, paper pressure screen, etc.). It is used to tension and fix the screen mesh, providing a stable screening surface for fiber materials. Working together with the screen cleaning device, it solves the screening problems of fibers that easily tangle, agglomerate and blind the mesh.

Oversize Collection Trough

The oversize collection trough, also called coarse material collection trough, oversize collection hopper or oversize discharge trough, is a material collection and guiding component fitted to the tail end of a vibrating screen. It receives the coarse fibers, long fibers, agglomerated materials and impurities that cannot pass through the screen mesh and remain on the screen surface, and collects and smoothly discharges the oversize material out of the screening equipment, sending it to the next process, for reprocessing, or to the waste bin.

Wedge Wire Screen (Stainless Steel)

Also known as wedge wire screen, trapezoidal wire screen or Johnson screen, it is a rigid slotted screening element manufactured by resistance welding. Different from ordinary woven wire mesh, it is the mainstream industrial filter medium in the field of solid-liquid and solid-gas separation.

Screen Clamping Strip

The screen clamping strip (also called screen pressing strip, edge pressing strip or clamping strip) is a long strip accessory on the screen frame of a vibrating screen, used to press and fix the screen mesh. It is one of the most commonly used wearing parts of screening equipment.

Undersize Hopper

The undersize hopper (also called undersize chute or undersize receiving hopper) is a non-standard material guiding component installed directly below screening equipment such as vibrating screens and drum screens. It is specially designed to receive the fine material (undersize) falling through the screen mesh and to collect and guide it to a belt conveyor, chute or downstream equipment. It is an essential supporting component of the screening system.

Rubber Spring

Rubber springs are the core vibration isolation and damping elastic elements of vibrating screens and fiber screening equipment. They are installed between the screen box base and the frame, and rely on the elastic deformation and damping effect of the rubber to support the screen body, buffer the excitation force and isolate the transmission of vibration to the ground.

Vibration Motor

A vibration motor is a special three-phase asynchronous motor integrating the power source and the vibration source. It is the core excitation component of screening equipment such as vibrating screens and vibrating feeders.

Vibrator Assembly

The vibrator assembly is a complete, integrated vibration excitation unit that provides controllable vibration force for vibrating screens, silos, chutes and vibrating conveying equipment. It is widely used in deep processing production lines for agricultural and sideline products such as grain, starch, citric acid and sorbitol, performing functions such as anti-blocking, discharging, screening and unloading of materials.
