I. Working Principle

Adjustable eccentric blocks are installed at both ends of the motor rotor shaft. After the motor is energized, the rotor rotates at high speed and the eccentric blocks generate centrifugal force, which is the excitation force that directly drives the screen box to vibrate. By adjusting the angle between the eccentric blocks on both sides, the excitation force can be steplessly adjusted, thereby changing the amplitude of the screen to suit the screening requirements of different materials.

II. Basic Structure

1. Motor main unit: Specially designed stator, rotor and heavy-duty anti-vibration bearings, capable of withstanding high-frequency vibration and impact.

2. Eccentric excitation block: Fixed eccentric block + adjustable eccentric block

3. Eccentric block protective cover: Protects the eccentric block, providing dust protection and safety.

4. Junction box; horizontal type with a foot-mounted base; vertical type with a flange mounting plate.

III. Main Types

1. Horizontal vibrating motor (standard configuration for linear vibrating screens)

The base is fixed to the left and right side plates of the screen box with anchor bolts; the two motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, generating a linear excitation force, so that the material moves forward in a jumping motion and is screened. Common models: YZS, YZO, JZO, YZU.

2. Vertical vibrating motor (rotary vibrating screen/circular vibrating screen)

The flange is mounted upward at the bottom of the screen body; both the upper and lower ends of the shaft are fitted with weights, generating three-dimensional rotary vibration (horizontal, vertical and inclined), suitable for screening fine powders. Common model: YZUL.

3. Explosion-proof vibration motor

Equipped with an explosion-proof wiring chamber, it is suitable for workshops with combustible dust such as starch, flour and chemicals, preventing the risk of dust explosion.
