The oil filter is a key wear part of the air compressor. It mainly removes metal shavings, dust, and oxidized oil-sludge from the lubricating oil, protects the main rotor and bearings, prevents oil-line blockage, and ensures lubricant cleanliness.

Oil Separator Element - Air Compressor

The oil separator element (commonly called the oil separator core) is a core component of the oil-injected screw air compressor. It separates oil mist from the compressed air, recovers the lubricating oil, and delivers compressed air with low oil content.

Oil Scraper Ring

The oil scraper ring is installed on the outer side of the stuffing box, on the crankcase side, and hugs the reciprocating piston rod; it is a critical safety seal in a hydrogen compressor.

Stuffing Box

A single stuffing box is an independent sealing cavity unit within the stuffing box assembly; a complete stuffing seal is made up of several stuffing boxes assembled in series, installed between the cylinder and the crankcase with the piston rod passing through, and is the most critical safety sealing component of a hydrogen compressor.

Packing Gland

The packing gland is the end clamping and fixing component.

Hydraulic Oil Filter Element

Hydraulic oil filter elements are pressure-line hydraulic oil elements, mostly used in compressors, hydraulic power units, and lubrication systems.

Gear Pump

A low-pressure lubricating gear pump, used as the lubricating oil delivery pump in a hydrogen compressor.

Packing Seal Ring

The packing seal ring is installed inside the stuffing box cavity, hugging the reciprocating piston rod; it is the core wear-prone seal that blocks high-pressure hydrogen leakage, and several rings are grouped together to achieve multi-stage throttling sealing.
