Oil Filter - Air Compressor

Description: The oil filter is a key wear part of the air compressor. It mainly removes metal shavings, dust, and oxidized oil-sludge from the lubricating oil, protects the main rotor and bearings, prevents oil-line blockage, and ensures lubricant cleanliness.

Main Functions

Impurity filtration: intercepts wear particles, dust, and sludge within the system to prevent scoring of the main bearings and rotor.

Oil-line protection: prevents impurities from clogging the oil cooler, temperature-control valve, and oil lines, ensuring smooth oil supply.

Service-life extension: protects the main unit and extends the service life of the lubricating oil and bearings.

Structural Composition

It consists of a metal shell, filter-paper media, an internal spring, a sealing ring, and a check valve; the sealing ring prevents bypass oil leakage, and the check valve prevents lubricating-oil backflow after shutdown.
