Spray pump seal

The spray pump seal (shaft seal) is a core accessory of the spray circulating pump. It is installed where the pump shaft passes through the pump casing, sealing the gap between the rotating pump shaft and the pump casing to prevent the spray liquid from leaking out, while preventing air from being drawn back into the pump chamber and ensuring stable water pressure in the spray system. It is widely used in production lines such as starch sugar, food wet spray washing sections, desulfurization and waste gas spray towers.

Circulating Pump Seal

Installed between pump shaft and pump casing of washing‑tower circulation pumps. It seals process media such as starch slurry and process water to prevent material leakage and air ingress, sustains stable pump internal pressure, preserves pumping efficiency and avoids product waste and site contamination.

Packing Seal Ring

Oil Scraper Ring

The oil scraper ring is installed on the outer side of the stuffing box, on the crankcase side, and hugs the reciprocating piston rod; it is a critical safety seal in a hydrogen compressor.

Third-Stage Tangential Seal Ring

The third-stage tangential seal ring of a hydrogen compressor is the core dynamic-sealing wear-prone part of the stuffing box assembly of a reciprocating hydrogen compressor. It is assembled in the third-stage stuffing box and works with the radial ring and preload spring to reciprocate around the piston rod, preventing the third-stage high-pressure hydrogen from leaking outward along the rod.

Stuffing Box Seal Ring

The stuffing box seal ring of a natural gas compressor is a core wear-prone part of the reciprocating compressor piston rod assembly. It is assembled in the stuffing box and reciprocates around the piston rod, preventing high-pressure natural gas in the cylinder from leaking outward along the rod.

Sealing Gasket (Silicone / FKM)

Annular gaskets for flat flanges, sight glasses and valve ports. They provide face‑to‑face sealing under high‑temperature sterilization conditions to prevent leakage of process media and steam.
