Reactor Sealing Gasket - Sorbitol

Sealing gaskets are static sealing components for reactor flanges, used at the reactor lid, manhole, and flange mating surfaces to seal the reactor body. They withstand the temperature, pressure, and sugar-solution medium of the sorbitol hydrogenation reaction, preventing material leakage, hydrogen escape, and loss of vacuum retention, thereby ensuring production safety and product cleanliness.

Sorbitol Reactor Agitator Shaft Sleeve

The agitator shaft sleeve is a protective bushing for the agitator shaft. Fitted over the agitator shaft, it is the mating friction component of the double mechanical seal. Used in sorbitol hydrogenation reactors, it isolates the sugar solution and hydrogen medium, protects the agitator shaft, and ensures correct mechanical-seal operation.

Agitator Input Shaft Skeleton Oil Seal

Rotary-shaft dynamic-seal wear part. Fitted at the agitator input-shaft end to provide dynamic sealing between shaft and housing. Prevents lubricant leakage and blocks ingress of process material and moisture into the bearing housing.

Worm Gear Reducer Output Shaft Skeleton Oil Seal

Rotary-shaft dynamic-seal wear part. Installed at worm-gear reducer output-shaft end for dynamic sealing between rotating output shaft and gear-reducer housing.

Worm Gear Reducer Input Shaft Bearing

Rotary-support wear part. Mounted at both ends of reducer input shaft to support input worm shaft; bears radial loads plus partial axial thrust.

Worm Gear Reducer Output Shaft Bearing

Worm-gear (worm-wheel) output-shaft bearing, fitted in pairs on both sides of the worm gear. Supports the worm-gear output shaft, bears radial loads and axial thrust from worm-gear meshing. Restricts radial run-out and axial shaft end-play; guarantees correct worm-gear meshing. Key reducer wear part.
