Corn conveyor belt (rubber / PVC)

Used for loading, warehousing, and transferring corn (bulk corn, corn on the cob) into trucks and warehouses, as well as for upstream conveying on starch production lines. It is a core component of belt conveyors and is divided into two main categories: rubber conveyor belts and PVC conveyor belts.

Idler (Troughing & Parallel Type)

Idlers are the core supporting components of belt conveyors, carrying the weight of the belt and corn material and directly determining belt life and overall machine energy consumption. Troughing idlers are used in the carrying section (upper branch, conveying corn); parallel idlers are mainly used in the return section (lower branch, supporting the empty belt on its return).

Speed Reducer (Gear/Worm Gear)

The speed reducer is the core component of the belt-conveyor drive unit. It converts the motor's high speed and low torque into the low speed and high torque required by the belt pulley, driving the conveyor belt to transport bulk corn. There are two main types: the helical-gear reducer (hardened tooth surface) and the worm-gear reducer; both are used in corn-starch plants and grain-depot projects.

Chain & Sprocket

The chain-and-sprocket set is the core traction and transmission component of en-masse (buried scraper) conveyors and bucket elevators, widely used for closed conveying and lifting of raw corn. The sprocket drives the chain in a continuous loop; scrapers/buckets mounted on the chain move corn kernels to complete transfer. Mostly used in closed conveying systems at starch plants and grain depots. Compared with belt conveying, it is enclosed with no dust escape and supports multi-point feed and discharge.

Belt Cleaner

Installed at the head and return sections of the belt conveyor, the cleaner scrapes off corn kernels, corn dust, and fine debris adhering to the belt surface, preventing material from being carried into the return idlers and pulleys and avoiding belt misalignment, idler jamming, and material spillage. It is an essential accessory for corn belt conveyors in starch plants and grain depots.

Belt Misalignment Switch

Belt misalignment switches are essential safety-protection components for belt conveyors, installed in pairs on both sides of the belt to monitor misalignment in real time and prevent corn spillage, belt-edge tearing, and wear. Widely used in corn belt-conveyor systems at starch plants and grain depots.

Drum Bearing

Rotating-support spare parts for drive pulleys, bend pulleys, and head/tail pulleys of bucket elevators—including the bearing, cast-iron bearing housing, and sealing assembly.

Take-up Device (Tensioning Device)

Used on belt conveyors and bucket elevators to adjust belt tension, compensate for post-running elongation, ensure adequate tension, and prevent slippage, misalignment, and bucket dislodgemen.

Hopper Liner

The wear-resistant inner liner of bucket-elevator buckets, mounted on the bucket interior. It withstands material impact and friction during corn feeding, scooping, and discharging, protecting the bucket body, reducing wear, and extending bucket life.

Drive Pulley

The power-output component of belt conveyors and belt-type bucket elevators. It receives torque from the reducer and drives the conveyor belt by surface friction.
