Corn conveyor belt (rubber / PVC)

Description: Used for loading, warehousing, and transferring corn (bulk corn, corn on the cob) into trucks and warehouses, as well as for upstream conveying on starch production lines. It is a core component of belt conveyors and is divided into two main categories: rubber conveyor belts and PVC conveyor belts.

Rubber Conveyor Belts (primarily black) Rubber cover layer + nylon/polyester canvas carcass formed by high-temperature vulcanization.

Available in flat, herringbone anti-slip, and cleated sidewall (skirt) styles. Applicable scenarios: High-capacity, long-distance, outdoor, and heavy-duty corn conveying.

The preferred choice for outdoor belt conveyors in grain depots and large starch plants. Wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and weatherproof (sun and rain), with a long outdoor service life.

High tensile strength, for wide belts and large conveying capacities (50–500 t/h). Herringbone anti-slip pattern available, slippage on steep-incline conveying.

Can be configured anti-static and flame-retardant to reduce grain-dust explosion risk.

Operating temperature: –15 to 40°C; common belt widths 500–1200mm; NN (nylon-nylon canvas) rubber belt commonly used in the grain industry.

PVC conveyor belts (mostly green but also available in black and white food grade) PVC coating + polyester fabric core.

Hot-pressed composite; cleats and sidewalls can be added to stop particles from rolling off, for incline feeding.

Applicable scenarios: Indoor workshops small- and medium-sized corn conveying starch-processing and cleaning workshops.

Medium conveying capacities; applications with cleanliness requirements. Lightweight, lowering overall power consumption.

Dense, non-absorbent surface for easy wash-down cleaning. Economical, with color options; food-grade PVC is safe for direct contact with grain.

Good flexibility, suited to small belt conveyors with smaller pulleys. Customizable sidewalls and cleats steep-incline lifting of corn kernels and reduce spillage.

Operating temperature: -10~60℃, common grain-industry thickness 2–5mm; belt widths 400–1000mm.
