Centrifugal Pump Impeller

Description: It is the core energy conversion component of the fluid transfer pump, and the pump casing and pump shaft belong to the core supporting components of the pump unit.

Foundation appearance and structural features

Material appearance: the whole is mirror polished stainless steel, the surface metal luster is even and fine, without obvious sand hole and burr, the inner wall of the flow channel is smooth, which can greatly reduce the friction resistance of fluid transmission.

Structure design: it belongs to a typical closed centrifugal impeller, with complete cover plates on both sides of the blade, 6 large curvature streamline blades, shaft holes with keyway in the center, and multiple positioning installation holes on the edge.

Core performance advantages

Strong corrosion resistance: 304/316L stainless steel material is adopted for the main stream, which can resist the corrosion of clean water and weak acid and alkali media. It is not easy to rust in long-term operation, and it is suitable for sanitary or slightly corrosive conditions.

High operation efficiency: the hydraulic loss of closed impeller is far lower than that of open impeller, and the overall efficiency of the pump can be increased by more than 15% under rated working conditions, which is suitable for continuous transmission with large flow and high head.

High dynamic balance accuracy: dynamic balance accuracy above Grade G2.5 can be achieved after precision machining, with extremely low vibration during operation, which can effectively protect the matched pump shaft and bearing and extend the service life of the whole machine.
