Description: The pump casing is the core pressure-bearing and energy conversion component of the fluid delivery pump. It completely covers the impeller and other core flow components, directly determining the operating efficiency, pressure-bearing capacity and service life of the pump. It is the key basic part of various fluid delivery equipment in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
Energy conversion: through the internal spiral flow passage, the kinetic energy of the high-speed fluid thrown out by the impeller is converted into the static pressure energy, and the efficiency loss of this process accounts for about 15% - 25% of the total energy consumption of the pump.
Pressure-bearing seal: as the outer pressure-bearing barrier of the pump, it maintains the rated pressure inside the pump cavity and prevents medium leakage or external air intrusion. Under high pressure conditions, it can bear the maximum working pressure of 25MPa.
Component support: provide accurate installation reference for impeller, shaft seal, bearing and other parts, ensure the coaxiality of rotor, and control the radial run-out tolerance within ≤ 0.05mm during operation.
Medium guiding: By optimizing the curvature of the flow channel, the fluid flow rate is stably controlled at 4-6m/s, greatly reducing the flow friction loss and improving the overall operation efficiency.
