Shock Absorbing Spring

The damping spring is a fundamental supporting component of the corn linear vibrating screen, installed between the screen box base and the frame. When the vibrating screen is in operation, the vibration motor continuously generates excitation force, and the damping spring provides buffering and vibration isolation, blocking the transmission of vibration to the equipment base and the factory floor. It reduces equipment noise and fatigue damage to the frame and anchor bolts, ensuring stable operation of continuous corn screening and impurity removal.

Feed Hopper Liner

The feed hopper liner is installed on the inner wall of the feed hopper of the corn screening and impurity removal equipment. It is a wear-prone protective accessory that directly withstands the impact and friction of raw corn, broken cobs and dust, protecting the steel structure of the feed hopper itself and improving the material flow state, so as to ensure continuous and stable operation of the screening and impurity removal process. It is suitable for the corn pretreatment section at the front end of modified starch production.

Screen Frame

The screen frame (mesh frame) of the corn screening and impurity removal vibrating screen is a core load-bearing accessory of linear grain cleaning screens and corn primary cleaning vibrating screens. It is used to tension and support the screen mesh and is installed inside the screen box of the equipment. The screen frame continuously withstands the impact of corn materials and high-frequency reciprocating vibration, keeping the screen mesh flat and taut, stably achieving corn impurity removal and grading and separating straw, mud lumps, broken corn, shriveled kernels and dust. It is widely used in the cleaning sections of corn purchasing stations, feed mills, corn starch plants and corn deep processing EPC production lines.

Screen Frame Sealing Strip

The screen frame sealing strip is installed between the screen frame and the screen box, or between multiple screen frames. It is a sealing and protective accessory for vibrating screens and is mostly made of rubber. During equipment operation, it plays a sealing and buffering role, preventing corn kernels, bran powder and debris from leaking or escaping through the gaps of the screen frame. At the same time, it buffers the vibration and impact of the screen frame, reduces operating noise and prevents dust from overflowing.

Screen Tensioning Device

The screen tensioning device is a supporting fastening assembly for grain linear vibrating screens and corn primary cleaning screens. It consists of pressure bars, tension hooks, adjusting bolts, pressure plates, locking washers and other parts, and is assembled on both sides of the screen frame. Its function is to evenly tighten and fix the stainless steel or polyurethane screen mesh, keeping the mesh flat and taut, preventing the mesh from loosening, bulging in the middle or material deviation during screening operations, avoiding premature damage caused by repeated impacts between the mesh and the screen frame, and ensuring stable corn impurity removal and grading results.

Universal Coupling

The universal coupling (universal joint) is mainly used for large-scale corn screening and impurity removal equipment equipped with a belt drive structure. It connects the drive end with the vibration mechanism / conveying mechanism, and can compensate for axial, radial and angular deviations generated during installation, smoothly transmitting torque. Under the conditions of continuous feeding and screening of corn raw materials, it buffers operating impacts, preventing shaft system binding and bearing damage and ensuring stable operation of the feeding and screening system.

Rubber Ball

The rubber bouncing ball (screen cleaning ball) of the vibrating screen is a wear-prone accessory for corn linear cleaning vibrating screens and is placed between the screen frame and the perforated support mesh. Relying on the vibration of the equipment, it continuously bounces up and down and repeatedly strikes the screen mesh to shake off broken corn, corn husks, dust and fine moldy particles stuck in the screen holes. It prevents the screen mesh from clogging and continuously ensures the screening throughput and impurity removal effect, making it an essential self-cleaning accessory for corn raw material pretreatment production lines.

Vibration Motor

The vibration motor is the core power excitation component of the corn linear cleaning vibrating screen. Two symmetrical horizontal vibration motors operate synchronously in opposite directions to generate a linear excitation force, driving the screen box to vibrate continuously so that corn materials jump and are conveyed forward on the screen surface, completing impurity removal and grading. It is widely used with corn primary cleaning screens and grain linear vibrating screens to remove straw, mud lumps, broken grains, dust and moldy kernels from corn raw materials, serving feed mills, corn starch plants, corn deep processing EPC production lines and grain depot purchasing and cleaning sections.

Vibrator Bearing

The vibrator bearing is a core load-bearing and wear-prone component of the vibration motor / exciter in corn screening and impurity removal equipment. It is installed at both ends of the rotor shaft, supports the high-speed rotation of the eccentric blocks and continuously withstands high-frequency excitation forces and alternating impact loads. It is suitable for the dusty working conditions of corn raw material screening, ensuring that the vibration motor stably outputs the excitation force, maintaining the standard amplitude of the screening machine and enabling continuous corn impurity removal and grading. Ordinary motor bearings must not be used as substitutes.

Vibrating Screen Mesh

The corn screening vibrating screen mesh is a core wear-prone accessory of grain vibrating screens, cleaning screens and gravity screens. It is used in the corn primary cleaning and front-end impurity removal processes of deep processing to clean dust, broken grains, bran, straw, stones, moldy kernels and large lumps of impurities from corn raw materials, achieving grading and impurity separation. The screen mesh is installed on the screen frames of grain linear vibrating screens, rotary cleaning screens and corn primary cleaning screens, and material screening is accomplished by the vibration of the screen body. It is required to be impact-resistant, not easy to clog, wear-resistant, not easy to rust and to meet the hygiene requirements of grain processing.
