Description: The vibration motor is the core power excitation component of the corn linear cleaning vibrating screen. Two symmetrical horizontal vibration motors operate synchronously in opposite directions to generate a linear excitation force, driving the screen box to vibrate continuously so that corn materials jump and are conveyed forward on the screen surface, completing impurity removal and grading. It is widely used with corn primary cleaning screens and grain linear vibrating screens to remove straw, mud lumps, broken grains, dust and moldy kernels from corn raw materials, serving feed mills, corn starch plants, corn deep processing EPC production lines and grain depot purchasing and cleaning sections.
Adjustable eccentric blocks are installed at both ends of the motor rotor. After the motor is energized and rotates, the eccentric blocks generate a centrifugal excitation force. The two motors rotate in opposite directions in self-synchronization, so that the lateral force components cancel each other out while the longitudinal excitation force is superimposed, forming a stable linear vibration that drives the corn material forward for screening. By adjusting the included angle of the eccentric blocks, the excitation force and the screening amplitude can be adjusted steplessly to suit dry and wet corn and different processing capacities.
