Description: The screen frame sealing strip is installed between the screen frame and the screen box, or between multiple screen frames. It is a sealing and protective accessory for vibrating screens and is mostly made of rubber. During equipment operation, it plays a sealing and buffering role, preventing corn kernels, bran powder and debris from leaking or escaping through the gaps of the screen frame. At the same time, it buffers the vibration and impact of the screen frame, reduces operating noise and prevents dust from overflowing.
1. Natural rubber sealing strip: Cost-effective, with excellent elasticity, wear resistance and vibration damping, suitable for general grain production lines;
2. Food-grade silicone sealing strip: Non-toxic, pollution-free and aging-resistant, widely used in corn starch and edible corn deep processing projects.
U-shaped, round, rectangular and wavy foam sealing strips are available, fitting the slots of wooden and metal screen frames.
1. Prevention of material mixing and grain leakage: Seals the gap between the screen frame and the box body to prevent qualified corn kernels and impurities from mixing, ensuring screening accuracy;
2. Buffering and vibration damping: Isolates the rigid collision between the screen frame and the box body, reducing noise and delaying component wear;
3. Dustproof and airtight: Prevents corn dust from drifting outward, improving workshop conditions;
4. Position limiting and protection: Mitigates the impact of screen frame displacement during vibration.
Rubber will gradually age and harden under long-term vibration and dust environments. Replace it in time if cracks or shrinkage occur. When installing, fully embed it into the slot to avoid squeezing and deformation that will affect the sealing effect.
