Shock Absorbing Spring

Elastic supporting and vibration isolation element for vibrating screen equipment in corn starch plants, fundamental damping spare for screening units. Installed between screen box and base / concrete foundation. It bears full dead weight of screen body plus feed material load and holds screen assembly at designated elevation. Spring elastic deformation absorbs and isolates high frequency excitation force output from vibration motors, enabling screen body to follow predefined vibration trajectories. It also blocks vibration propagation toward building foundations and adjacent equipment, avoiding structural resonance and component damage.

Wire Mesh (Stainless Steel / Nylon)

Core grading and filtering consumable for vibrating screens and rotary screens on corn starch production lines. It ranks among the most frequently replaced spare parts for screening equipment. Mounted onto the screen frame, it vibrates to convey feed material. Particles smaller than screen openings pass through, while over size particles are retained for discharge, to realise starch powder grading, impurity removal and particle size control.

Spray pump seal

The spray pump seal (shaft seal) is a core accessory of the spray circulating pump. It is installed where the pump shaft passes through the pump casing, sealing the gap between the rotating pump shaft and the pump casing to prevent the spray liquid from leaking out, while preventing air from being drawn back into the pump chamber and ensuring stable water pressure in the spray system. It is widely used in production lines such as starch sugar, food wet spray washing sections, desulfurization and waste gas spray towers.

Rubber Ball

The rubber bouncing ball (screen cleaning ball) of the vibrating screen is a wear-prone accessory for corn linear cleaning vibrating screens and is placed between the screen frame and the perforated support mesh. Relying on the vibration of the equipment, it continuously bounces up and down and repeatedly strikes the screen mesh to shake off broken corn, corn husks, dust and fine moldy particles stuck in the screen holes. It prevents the screen mesh from clogging and continuously ensures the screening throughput and impurity removal effect, making it an essential self-cleaning accessory for corn raw material pretreatment production lines.

Rubber Ball

Anti clogging cleaning elements fitted underneath screen mesh of corn starch production vibrating screen equipment; high consumption small size screening machine consumable. During screen unit operation, rubber balls bounce continuously following screen body vibration, repeatedly impacting screen mesh underside to dislodge starch particles wedged in apertures. It keeps screen openings unobstructed and avoids efficiency loss caused by mesh blinding.

Sieve Frame

Circular supporting frame assembly holding screen mesh for vibrating screen equipment on corn starch production lines, key structural component for screening systems. Stainless steel circular frame onto which screen mesh is tensioned and secured. Multiple sieve frames stack and install inside vibrating screen, oscillating together with screen body. Each frame corresponds to one particle size fraction. Swapping frames fitted with different aperture screen mesh achieves multi stage starch powder classification.

Rubber Spring

Rubber springs are the core vibration isolation and damping elastic elements of vibrating screens and fiber screening equipment. They are installed between the screen box base and the frame, and rely on the elastic deformation and damping effect of the rubber to support the screen body, buffer the excitation force and isolate the transmission of vibration to the ground.

Screen Clamping Strip

The screen clamping strip (also called screen pressing strip, edge pressing strip or clamping strip) is a long strip accessory on the screen frame of a vibrating screen, used to press and fix the screen mesh. It is one of the most commonly used wearing parts of screening equipment.

Screen Frame Sealing Strip

The screen frame sealing strip is installed between the screen frame and the screen box, or between multiple screen frames. It is a sealing and protective accessory for vibrating screens and is mostly made of rubber. During equipment operation, it plays a sealing and buffering role, preventing corn kernels, bran powder and debris from leaking or escaping through the gaps of the screen frame. At the same time, it buffers the vibration and impact of the screen frame, reduces operating noise and prevents dust from overflowing.

Sieve Plate (Perforated / Woven)

Internal sieve plate for crusher, controls discharge particle size of crushed material.
