It consists of a filter cage, ultra-fine glass-fiber/composite-fiber media, end caps, and sealing rings. Compressed air flows through the media from outside to inside; solid particles are intercepted, oil mist coalesces into droplets and settles, then is discharged through the filter drain valve, yielding clean air. Different grades handle different duties and are classified as dust-removal, oil-removal, and activated-carbon deodorizing levels.
