Scrubber Tower Nozzle

Scrubber Tower Nozzle

Mounted inside washing towers of corn starch production lines. It sprays high‑pressure water to dilute, displace and wash starch slurry, removing impurities, soluble substances and fine fibers to improve starch purity and downstream separation efficiency.

Tower Packing (Pall Rings / Step Rings)

Tower Packing (Pall Rings / Step Rings)

Filling media installed inside corn‑starch washing towers. It maximizes gas‑liquid contact area and enhances interaction efficiency between spray water and tower‑internal gas / starch slurry. It facilitates washing, ion displacement, absorption and phase separation for improved tower stability and throughput performance.

Circulating Pump Seal

Circulating Pump Seal

Installed between pump shaft and pump casing of washing‑tower circulation pumps. It seals process media such as starch slurry and process water to prevent material leakage and air ingress, sustains stable pump internal pressure, preserves pumping efficiency and avoids product waste and site contamination.

Spray pipe

Spray pipe

Installed at different elevations inside washing towers as mounting base and water‑distribution header for washing nozzles. It evenly distributes circulating wash‑water and diluted starch slurry to individual nozzles for full cross‑section spray coverage without blind spots. It enables thorough starch‑slurry washing, soluble‑impurity displacement and fiber separation, improving starch refining accuracy and processing capacity steadily.

Demister

Demister

Installed at top gas outlet of corn‑starch washing towers. It intercepts and coalesces entrained starch‑slurry droplets, foam and fine mist within upward gas stream, lowering material carry‑over loss. It prevents liquid‑mist release to atmosphere and protects downstream fans & piping from liquid‑laden gas damage while stabilizing tower gas‑liquid equilibrium and washing performance.

Liquid‑Level Control Float Switch

Liquid‑Level Control Float Switch

Mounted on side‑walls or top covers of corn‑starch washing towers. Buoy‑actuated float triggers level‑dependent switching signals to interlock inlet/outlet valves and circulating‑pump start‑stop. It accurately stabilizes tower‑wash‑liquid elevation, prevents starch‑slurry overflow at high levels and pump dry‑running at low levels, securing continuous stable washing‑section operation.

Washing Water Filter(Basket‑type Filter)

Washing Water Filter(Basket‑type Filter)

Installed upstream of washing‑tower circulating‑pump inlets, spray manifolds or process‑make‑up‑water pipelines. Filter cartridges intercept fine fibers, starch agglomerates, protein residues and mechanical debris. It prevents downstream nozzle clogging and pump‑impeller abrasion, safeguards spray‑system uptime, extends washing‑tower spare‑part service life, stabilizes wash‑water quality and improves starch‑refining performance.

pH Control Regulating Valve

pH Control Regulating Valve

Mounted on acid alkali dosing lines or starch slurry main piping of corn starch washing towers. Receives pH measurement feedback to automatically modulate valve travel, precisely controlling chemical dosing rate or main stream media flow rate. It stabilizes pH set points for tower internal starch slurry and washing water, securing protein separation and starch refining reactions within optimal pH operating window. It mitigates quality defects including reduced starch purity and incomplete protein removal caused by pH excursions and stabilizes washing section end product quality.

Washing‑Tower Liquid Distributor

Washing‑Tower Liquid Distributor

Mounted above packing beds or between packing‑bed segments inside corn‑starch washing towers. Uniformly spreads incoming starch‑slurry and circulating wash‑water over full tower cross‑section. Eliminates channeling, wall‑flow and flow‑maldistribution phenomena, securing sufficient liquid‑to‑Pall‑ring / Step‑ring‑packing contact. Enhances mass‑transfer washing efficiency, improves removal rates for protein, fine‑fiber and other impurities and stabilizes starch‑washing product‑quality plus unit throughput capacity.

Sight‑Glass Liquid Distributor

Sight‑Glass Liquid Distributor

Installed above packing‑layers or inter‑packing‑sections within corn‑starch washing towers. Dual‑function component: it uniformly distributes incoming starch‑slurry and circulating wash‑water across full tower cross‑section to suppress channeling and maldistribution and preserve packing‑bed mass‑transfer washing efficiency. Meanwhile integrated tempered sight‑glass windows enable direct external visual inspection of distributor liquid‑level, liquid‑dispensing status, blockage‑and‑fouling conditions. Condition monitoring is achievable without tower shutdown or vessel opening, supporting predictive‑maintenance decision‑making and securing production stability.
