Description: Hydrocyclone, used to wash and separate proteins from starch milk
1. Fine Separation by Density Difference
Starch granules have a higher density than protein, fiber, and water-soluble impurities; under centrifugal force, the heavier starch moves to the bottom flow, while the lighter phase containing protein / fine fiber / clear water flows to the overflow, achieving basic separation of starch from impurities.
2. Stepwise Countercurrent Washing and Purification
Used in conjunction with a 12-stage countercurrent process: wash water enters in reverse from the 12th stage (final stage) and steps forward, displacing protein, sugars, and soluble impurities from the slurry at each stage; each cyclone tube completes a wash and concentration cycle, and the final starch slurry meets the protein content standard (≤0.45%).
3. Gradual Concentration of Slurry
Starting from the first-stage coarse starch slurry, continuous 12-stage cyclone concentration produces high-concentration refined starch slurry in the final-stage bottom flow; the overflow is recycled stage by stage, reusing wash water, saving water, and achieving high material recovery.
4. Online Removal of Impurities and Sand
Simultaneously removes fine sand and coarse fiber from the starch slurry, protecting subsequent dehydration and drying equipment from wear and blockage.
A small-diameter, long-cone micro-cyclone tube, specially designed for multi-stage countercurrent dense arrangement, with an integrated injection-molded structure.
MC Nylon (PA6 Nylon): Resistant to weak acids, no leaching, meets food processing requirements.
