Spray pipe

Description: Installed at different elevations inside washing towers as mounting base and water‑distribution header for washing nozzles. It evenly distributes circulating wash‑water and diluted starch slurry to individual nozzles for full cross‑section spray coverage without blind spots. It enables thorough starch‑slurry washing, soluble‑impurity displacement and fiber separation, improving starch refining accuracy and processing capacity steadily.

Core has. Uniform stable water distribution: Symmetrical diverging layout keeps differential pressure low across branches for consistent flow rate and even tower-wide spray.

Remove biased flow. Food-grade hygienic construction: Fabricated from 304/316L stainless steel with polished inner surfaces free of dead corners.

Minimizes starch-residue accumulation to satisfy food-processing hygiene norms. Anti-clogging & service-friendly: Smooth flow-path geometry.

Standard-thread nozzle joints support individual nozzle removal for cleaning or replacement without manifold disassembly.

High structural rigidity: with mounting brackets and lifting lugs withstands fluid scouring and mechanical vibration and reduce deformation/displacement over long runtime.

Fully customizable: Pipe size nozzle pitch layer quantity and geometry are engineered per tower inner diameter and production throughput for different-capacity production lines.

Structural composition.

Main inlet header: Standard-flange interface connecting to external circulation-pump delivery piping. Primary distribution/annular main pipe: Distributes incoming fluid evenly toward each spray branch.

Spray branch pipes: Machined nozzle mounting sockets spaced per process requirement for nozzle installation.

Nozzle adapter: Standard internal/external thread interface compatible with matched washing-tower nozzles. Mounting brackets/lifting lugs: For in-tank positioning.

Hoisting and mechanical reinforcementTypical Configurations

1. Annular spray manifold: Single-ring or multi-ring concentric layout.

Symmetrical water-distribution and full coverage make it mainstream choice for medium-&-large-diameter corn-starch washing towers

2. Parallel row-type spray manifold: Linear parallel-branch layout.

Simple assembly mainly for small-diameter towers or rectangular washing tanks.
