Installed at hydrocyclone / desander bottom, it steadily expels separated sand grit, heavy‑density impurities and high‑solids underflow slurry. Despite compact geometry, it exerts direct control over desanding efficiency, underflow concentration and starch‑loss ratio.

Wear-resistant lining (ceramic/rubber)

Inner protective lining fitted on flow‑path components including desanders, hydrocyclones, pipe elbows, pump casings and distributors. It mitigates erosion caused by sand, grit and fibrous particles carried within corn starch slurry.
