The oil separator element is installed inside the oil-gas tank of the oil-injected screw air compressor and is a key, upstream, easily worn component in the PSA nitrogen generation system.

Coconut‑Fiber Buffer Pad

Consumable round‑shaped spare part for PSA nitrogen‑generator adsorber towers. Available in upper‑pad and lower‑pad versions, installed respectively between compression perforated plate and carbon molecular sieve, and above bottom gas‑distribution plate. It protects CMS granules against particle loss and pulverization.

Carbon Molecular Sieve

Carbon molecular sieves are the core adsorption medium of PSA nitrogen generators. They are filled inside two adsorption towers and, together with palm pads, perforated plates, and wire mesh, form an adsorption bed. They rely on kinetic sieving to separate oxygen and nitrogen from the air, directly determining the nitrogen purity, gas production, and air consumption ratio.
