Description: Consumable round‑shaped spare part for PSA nitrogen‑generator adsorber towers. Available in upper‑pad and lower‑pad versions, installed respectively between compression perforated plate and carbon molecular sieve, and above bottom gas‑distribution plate. It protects CMS granules against particle loss and pulverization.
1. Elastic compression buffer: The upper palm pad, together with the compression cylinder / spring pressure plate, applies uniform elastic pressure to the carbon molecular sieve bed; as the adsorption tower is repeatedly pressurized and depressurized, the molecular sieve will loosen and sink. The palm pad elastically compensates and compresses, inhibiting the molecular sieve particles from jumping and colliding with each other, and reducing the pulverization and wear of the molecular sieve.
2. Filtration and interception: Disperse the high-speed airflow to make the gas flow evenly along the cross-section of the adsorption tower, and avoid the airflow deviation from scouring the local molecular sieve.
3. Airflow buffer distribution: Disperses high-speed airflow, allowing the gas to flow uniformly along the cross-section of the adsorption tower, and preventing airflow deviation from scouring local molecular sieves.
4. Isolation and protection: Isolate the metal perforated plate from the molecular sieve particles to prevent hard metal contact that could crush the molecular sieve.
The palm fibers are hot-pressed and interwoven into a whole round pad, without any woven mesh or layering; the surface fiber pores are interconnected and breathable, without hindering gas flow.
Coconut palm / mountain palm plant fiber: Coconut palm fiber is hot-pressed and formed using a glue-free or low-glue process; it has good elasticity, breathability, and resistance to pressure cycling.
