Vibration Motor

Description: Core excitation power component for vibrating screen equipment on corn starch production lines, the key drive spare for screening systems. Built in adjustable eccentric blocks fitted on both shaft ends of a three phase induction motor. Centrifugal excitation force generated by high speed rotating eccentric blocks drives the screen box into high frequency circular or linear vibration. Starch material is fluidised and tossed on screen surface to complete screening, grading and impurity removal workflows.

Main Structure

Motor stator & rotor: Electromagnetic assembly of standard three phase induction motor, delivers rotational power.

End mounted eccentric blocks: Sector shaped eccentric sets fitted on both shaft ends, generate centrifugal excitation force during rotation.

Adjustable eccentric blocks: Outer block angular setting modifies eccentricity magnitude to tune excitation force output.

Machine base housing: Cast iron enclosure with bottom mounting bolt holes for fixing onto screening machine.

Bearing assembly: Deep groove ball bearings at both ends supporting high speed shaft rotation.

Sealed end caps: End face sealing caps preventing dust ingress into motor interior.

Junction box: Side mounted terminal housing for power cable connection.

Lifting rings: Top lifting eyes for convenient hoisting, installation and handling.

Working Principle

It operates on the principle of eccentric block centrifugal excitation.

1. Powered rotation: Upon three phase power energisation, motor rotor spins at high speed (normally 960 1450 rpm).

2. Excitation Force Generation: Shaft end eccentric blocks rotate together with rotor; eccentric mass creates centrifugal inertial force.

3. Vibration transmission: Excitation force transfers through motor base to screen box, driving full screen body high frequency vibration.

4. Screening execution: Vibration tosses starch feedstock upward and forward across screen surface; fine particles pass through screen apertures.

5. Excitation force adjustment: Varying the included angle between paired eccentric blocks changes eccentric mass moment, tuning excitation force magnitude and vibration amplitude.

Main Features

High excitation force output: Eccentric block assembly generates excitation force up to several thousand Newtons for high efficiency screening.

Direct drive layout: Mounted directly onto screening machine, eliminating intermediate transmission parts for compact construction.

Tunable excitation force: Eccentric block angle adjustable to suit diverse feed material and screening process requirements.

Compact & lightweight: Smaller footprint compared with equal rating conventional motors, easy installation.

Robust operation: Fully sealed dust proof & moisture proof construction, adapted for dusty workshop environments.

Low noise performance: Smooth vibration behaviour with low operational noise.

Service friendly: Bearings individually replaceable, straightforward routine maintenance workflows.
