Description: The nozzle seat is a core transitional component in a spray dryer that fixes the nozzle, connects the feed/air pipeline, and positions the seal. It serves as the base of the nozzle assembly and directly affects atomization stability, sealing reliability, and maintenance efficiency.
1. Precision Positioning and Installation
Provides a coaxial positioning reference for nozzles (spray cores, swirl chambers, spray caps) to ensure the rotation center is concentric with the spray holes, resulting in a uniform spray cone without deviation.
Firmly installed on the top plate of the drying tower / duct and at the end of the spray gun rod, capable of withstanding high-pressure pulsation, vibration, and material erosion.
2. Fluid Passage and Distribution
Internal channels for liquid material, air (for dual-fluid), and cleaning fluid to achieve high-pressure delivery and distribution.
Single nozzle: central direct supply; multi-nozzle base: circumferentially distributed interfaces for synchronized supply and overlapping spray patterns.
Main body: cylindrical / hexagonal, with internal bore step for positioning and external thread / flange.
304 / 316L stainless steel.
