Description: The scraper centrifuge screen is the core filtration component for solid-liquid separation, installed on the inner wall of the drum and used with the scraper to complete filtration and discharge.
When rotating at high speed, centrifugal force causes solid particles to form a filter cake on the inner side of the screen, and the filtrate passes through the screen gaps/mesh holes and is discharged.
After separation is completed, the scraper removes the filter cake from the screen to achieve continuous/semi-automatic discharge.
Determines separation accuracy, processing capacity, and filter cake moisture content.
Slotted Screen
Made of wedge-shaped screen bars welded/rolled with support bars, with the screen bars arranged along the generatrix.
The slots are narrow inside and wide outside (wedge-shaped), preventing clogging and making cake discharge easy; common slot widths are 0.15–1 mm.
Mostly cylindrical/conical as a whole, welded from sector-shaped mesh pieces, with flanges for connection to the drum.
304/316L Stainless Steel
Open Area/Screen Gap: Matches the particle size of the material, balancing throughput and accuracy.
Strength: Withstands centrifugal force of 1000–5000 r/min and material impact.
Wear and Clogging Resistance: Wedge-shaped gaps, elastic materials, surface treatment to reduce screen clogging and scraper damage.
Easy Maintenance: Mostly multi-piece/quick-release structures for easy replacement and cleaning.
