Description: Sealing wear part for plate heat exchangers. Clipped inside plate sealing grooves; forms a sealing barrier after plate stack compression.
Fills gaps between adjacent heat-exchange plates. Separates hot-side and cold-side flow streams, prevents cross-stream mixing and outward media leakage. Absorbs minor thermally induced plate deformation and dampens pressure fluctuation to sustain chamber sealing integrity.
Material selected by process media: EPDM, NBR, FKM fluoroelastomer. One-piece molded rubber profile profiled to match plate contour; integrated locating snap-features for installation into plate sealing grooves.
