Condenser Tube Bundle

Steam Jet Ejector Pump

Heat Exchange Plate

Core heat transfer element of plate heat exchangers. Multiple plates are stacked to form alternating flow channels; hot and cold media flow across opposite plate sides to accomplish heat exchange duties.

Steam Trap

Specialised condensate drain fitting for evaporation steam piping. Automatically discharges condensate generated within heat exchange equipment whilst preventing live steam leakage, securing overall heat exchange efficiency.

Condensate Pump Mechanical Seal

Shaft end sealing assembly for condensate pumps. Blocks condensate liquid leakage outward from pump casing and inhibits ingress of ambient atmospheric air, maintaining stable negative pressure performance of evaporation vacuum circuit.

Thermometer (Temperature Transmitter Assembly)

Temperature sensing instrument for evaporation systems. Measures temperature values of feed liquor, steam and condensate streams; delivers process temperature data for evaporator condition evaluation and parameter adjustment.

Vacuum Gauge
