Sterilization Filter Element

Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings

Air Pressure Reducing Valve

The pressure regulating component of the fermentation air system steadily reduces the upstream high-pressure compressed air to the working pressure required by the process, maintains a stable inlet air pressure for the fermenter, and protects the downstream filter element and tank from overpressure damage.

Air Heater

Heating equipment in the air filtration system raises the temperature of the compressed air and lowers its relative humidity, preventing water vapor from wetting the downstream sterilization filter element and safeguarding its filtration performance.

Condensate Drain

The automatic low-point drainage component of the air filtration system collects and discharges condensate accumulated in pipes and the filter housing, preventing liquid water from flowing into the downstream sterilization filter element and causing element failure and bacterial breakthrough.

Air Storage Tank

The buffer and pressure-stabilizing vessel of the fermentation air system stores compressed air, buffers supply pressure fluctuations, stabilizes the system air source, and also settles some of the condensate and impurities.

Filter Housing Sealing Ring

The key sealing component between the filter housing and the filter element end cap seals the filter housing and prevents short-circuit leakage of compressed air and the intrusion of foreign bacteria into the filtration system.

Pressure / Differential Pressure Gauge

The monitoring instrument of the air filtration system measures the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet, directly reflecting the degree of filter element clogging and serving to determine whether the element needs replacement.

Solenoid Valve

The electrically controlled on/off valve of the air filtration system controls the flow of gas in the pipeline via electrical signals, enabling automatic switching of air pipelines, automatic drainage, and interlocked control of the air intake.

Activated Carbon Filter

Air pretreatment adsorption equipment relies on activated carbon to adsorb residual oil mist and organic odors from compressed air, protecting the downstream precision and sterilization filter elements and reducing the risk of oil contamination.
