Product Description: The core filter element of the fermentation sterile air system relies on a microporous membrane to trap bacteria and bacteriophages, producing qualified sterile compressed air and preventing foreign bacteria from contaminating the fermentation process.

Applications: Aseptic filtration at the fermenter air inlet terminal, and also for sterile venting of storage tanks.

Material: PTFE hydrophobic membrane / PES membrane, PP support frame.

Key points for use: A filter integrity test must be performed after sterilization; replace the element immediately if water or oil ingress occurs; do not use it under excessive pressure or temperature.
