Pipeline Fittings

Description: Collective designation for connecting sealing spare parts deployed within cornstarch pneumatic conveying pipelines, among the most frequently consumed vulnerable components for conveying systems. Product portfolio includes sanitary quick clamp joints, flange joints, flexible expansion joints, reducers, elbows and tees. Collectively they guarantee tight system sealing, reliable interconnection and convenient installation maintenance.

Main Types & Structure

1. Sanitary Quick clamp Joint

Composition: Butt weld short spool + quick release clamp + silicone gasket.

Features: Toolfree fast manual disassembly; convenient for pipeline cleaning and inspection.

Application: Mainline connections for starch conveying piping, food grade standard configuration.

2. Flange Joint

Composition: Butt weld flange + bolt nut sets + sealing gasket.

Features: Robust connection, reliable sealing, high pressure resistance.

Application: High pressure piping, equipment nozzles and large diameter pipelines.

3. Flexible Corrugated Expansion Joint

Composition: Stainless steel bellows + end flange / quick clamp interface + optional braided reinforcing sleeve.

Features: Absorb piping vibration, compensate thermal expansion contraction displacement and reduce noise.

Application: Blower inlet outlet, rotary equipment interfaces, locations with severe pipeline vibration.

4. Auxiliary Pipeline Fittings

Elbow: 90° / 45° stamped elbow for flow direction change.

Reducer: Concentric / eccentric reducer for transition between different pipesizes.

Tee / cross: For pipeline branching / merging, working together with diverter valves.

Working Principle

Pipeline fittings themselves do not participate in material transport; core functions are interconnection and sealing:

Connection: Assemble segmented conveying pipes and equipment (cyclone separators, rotary airlock valves, bag filters etc.) to build complete pneumatic conveying circuit.

Sealing: Gaskets fill facejoint gaps, preserve system air tightness and prevent compressed air escape and starch dust fugitive emission.

Displacement compensation: Flexible joints absorb equipment vibration and piping thermal deformation to avoid stress induced equipment / piping damage.

Main Features

Food grade construction: 304 / 316 stainless steel bodies with polished inner surfaces complying with food hygiene norms.

Reliable sealing: Food grade silicone / EPDM gaskets, good wear resistance and anti ageing performance.

Easy assembly disassembly: Quick clamp design permits single operator fast handling and short maintenance downtime.

Standardised interchangeable dimensions: National sanitary spec dimensions, convenient sparepart procurement.

Corrosion resistant stainless steel build, suitable for humid dusty starch workshop atmosphere.

Smooth flow path: Inner surfaces flush with pipe bore; minimise dead zones and starch material accumulation.
