Ceramic-Lined Wear-Resistant Elbow

Description: High wear spare part within cornstarch pneumatic conveying pipelines, installed at direction change positions for starch powder, dust and hot air lines. Constructed of carbon steel shell plus wear resistant ceramic lining. Compared with ordinary carbon steel elbows, it delivers superior resistance against high speed starch particle erosion, lowering risks of perforation and leakage and reducing downtime driven replacement frequency. It ranks among key maintenance spares for pneumatic conveying systems.

This component serves cornstarch pneumatic conveying equipment to resolve wear failure issues of standard elbows under longterm scouring by starch particles, dust and high velocity airflow. It combines mechanical strength of carbon steel housing and high wear resistance performance of ceramic inner lining.

Within cornstarch conveying lines, starch particle laden airflow changes direction when passing elbows; concentrated erosion occurs on innerwall, outerwall and bottom zones. Ceramic lined elbows effectively resist such particle scouring, extend pipeline service life, reduce leakage hazards and cut production line maintenance frequency.

Units adopt flange end connections for convenient onsite installation and replacement. Custom build is available according to pipe diameter, elbow angle, flange standard, pressure rating and actual conveying conditions. Common specifications include 90° elbows, 45° elbows and special shape elbows.
