Motor-Cooling Fan Blade

Description: Mounted on the rear-end shaft of the ultrafine-mill main motor and fitted with an external fan shroud. It is a forced-air cooling component that rotates synchronously with the motor rotor, delivering forced-air cooling during motor operation and securing stable motor performance under modified-starch ultrafine-grinding conditions.

Main body is usually made of reinforced engineering plastic; aluminum-alloy versions are available for high-power motors.

The central hub is interference-press-fitted onto the motor shaft with multiple fan blades arranged around the outer circumference.

An external protective fan shroud stop human contact and stops ingress of dust and large-size debris. Principle During motor operation.

The fan blade spins synchronously at high speed together with the motor shaft to generate forced airflow. Cool air flows across motor-housing cooling fins and carries away heat produced by motor coils and bearings.

Hot air is discharged via the fan shroud to continuous motor cooling stop faults such as motor overheating insulation degradation and bearing-grease failure.

Operating Conditions & Application s (Modified-Starch Ultrafine Mill) Workshop atmosphere carries high-concentration starch dust.

Dust readily adheres and accumulates inside fan blades and shrouds blocking air passages and leading to poor heat dissipation and excessive motor temperature rise.

The equipment generates significant vibration; long-term high-speed running may cause blade fracture and loss of dynamic balance, resulting in abnormal motor vibration.
