Description: Core heating element for heat sealing packaging machines. Applied on heat seal stations for composite film and paper bag inner liners in modified starch packaging lines. Generates heat upon power on to melt and bond packaging materials and achieve bag mouth heat sealing, functionally different from stitch based bag sewing heads.
Composed of nickel chromium alloy heating wire (heating substrate), high temperature resistant mica insulating base plate and PTFE (Teflon) heat insulation cloth. Supplied in strip / sheet profiles, matched with pressure rubber strips. Electric power energizes the nickel chromium alloy to generate heat; PTFE cloth acts as barrier to avoid burning through packaging bags.
When powered on, current passes through alloy substrate of heating strip and generates high temperature. Under mechanical pressing force, heat transfers to bag sealing layer, melting inner liner material. After hold time and cooling, bag mouth bonds tightly for powder containment, preventing modified starch moisture ingress and dust escape. Temperature controller regulates heating temperature for compatibility with different packaging materials.
