Ultrafine Mill Grinding Disc

Description: The grinding disc of the ultrafine mill is a core rotating consumable part of the equipment. Installed on the main shaft of the ultrafine mill, it works with the fixed disc to complete impact and shear crushing of materials, and is mainly used for ultrafine grinding of sugar and crystalline materials.

Main Functions

Rotating at high speed with the main shaft, it impacts, shears, and grinds the material entering the grinding chamber, crushing large particles to an ultrafine particle size.

It forms a crushing gap with the fixed disc to control the particle size of the finished product; it transmits rotational kinetic energy to enable continuous crushing of materials.

It withstands high-speed scouring and wear from materials, protecting the main shaft body from direct impact.

Structural Material

Disc-type structure, with toothed, pin, or grooved crushing structures on the disc face; high-chromium wear-resistant alloy steel is commonly used in chemical and food processing conditions, and some discs are hardened by cemented carbide spraying; the disc body is bolted to the main shaft flange and meets dynamic balance accuracy requirements. The crushing gap can be adjusted according to the required product particle size.
