It lifts and carries the filter bag and the filter cake inside it, and lifts the bag as a whole out of the drum so that discharge can be carried out outside the machine.
It distributes the lifting force evenly to prevent localized tearing of the filter bag and ensures a smooth and safe lifting process.
Together with the lifting equipment, it completes the transfer of the filter bag, and some lifting chains can assist in opening the bag bottom for automatic discharge of the filter cake.
Mainly composed of several evenly spaced short chains, with matching lifting rings and connecting hooks; 304/316L stainless steel chains are commonly used in chemical and sugar processing conditions, being corrosion resistant and suitable for sugar crystallization media; the chain links are firmly welded and flexibly movable, with a rated lifting load.
