Description: The hammer plate is the core base component of the micro-powder mill rotor, mounted on the main shaft of the equipment, and serves as the framework of the entire crushing rotor.
1. Connects to the main shaft to transmit torque and drive the high-speed rotation of the outer ring hammer pieces;
2. Evenly distributes and fixes the pins, suspends all moving hammer pieces, and ensures symmetrical circumferential distribution;
3. Maintains the overall dynamic balance of the rotor, reduces equipment vibration and abnormal noise, and protects the main shaft and bearings;
4. Cooperates with the high-speed impact of the hammer pieces to shear materials, forming a crushing airflow field and assisting in ultra-fine grinding of starch;
5. Isolates the crushing chamber dust from the main shaft cavity, preventing fine starch powder from entering the bearings and causing wear or jamming.
The whole is a thickened circular disc. Outer ring evenly divided shaft pin holes: multiple sets of through holes are evenly distributed on the outer edge of the disc for inserting pins to suspend the hammers; the hole positions are symmetrical to ensure dynamic balance.
304 Stainless Steel: Used in refined starch processing sections with high food-grade cleanliness requirements, rust-resistant, prevents scaling, and does not contaminate starch powder.
