1. Retaining Ion Exchange Resin

The gaps in the water cap are much smaller than the size of the resin particles, preventing resin loss, tower overflow, and material leakage, and avoiding resin entering the pipelines or pump body, which could cause blockages and damage.

2. Uniform Water Distribution and Collection

Molasses, soft water, regeneration acid and alkali solutions, and backwash water flow and disperse through the water cap, eliminating uneven flow, channeling, and dead zones, ensuring thorough and stable ion exchange of the molasses.

3. Resistant to Acid and Alkali Regeneration Conditions

Compatible with the frequent acid regeneration, alkali regeneration, water washing, and air-water backwashing processes in sugar factories, maintaining stable fluid passage without blocking gaps or deformation.

4. Protecting the Water Distribution Plate and Tower

Seals the upper and lower perforated water distribution plates inside the tower, allowing fluids to pass only, isolating the resin packing, and ensuring continuous operation of the ion exchange system.

II. Structural Form

The body is an integrated structure with a threaded base, hollow cap, and precision narrow slit, installed on the top water distribution plate and bottom collection plate of the ion exchange tower.

PP Polypropylene (reinforced PP): Resistant to hydrochloric acid, resistant to alkali corrosion, hydrolysis resistant, high temperature resistant, high strength, gaps are not easily cracked.
