Rotary Airlock Valve (Ash Discharge Valve)

Description: Core dust‑removal‑system component, normally vertically mounted at dust‑collector hopper bottoms. It continuously discharges dust particulate while isolating internal‑external air‑pressure to prevent air‑ingress leakage and preserve dust‑collector negative‑pressure operating conditions. Common models: YJD‑A (square‑flange), YJD‑B (round‑flange). Material options: cast‑iron, carbon‑steel, 304 stainless‑steel; special variants include explosion‑proof and high‑temperature chain‑drive execution.

Consists of six major assemblies: housing, impeller (blade rotor), end-cover, sealing assembly, speed-reducer and drive-motor.

Multi-bladed impeller forms sealed material-chambers together with housing cavity. Motor drives impeller for low-speed rotation to complete material discharge.

Working principleDust inside ash-hopper falls by gravity into cavities between impeller blades. Motor rotates impeller and transfers dust from upper-inlet down to bottom discharge-port.

Blades continuously separate upper-and-lower cavities to continuous ash-discharge plus airlock sealing stop ambient-air back-flow into dust-collector hopper and shield dust-removal negative-pressure conditions.1. Compact layout.

Stable running low noise output. Combines discharge and air-lock sealing function; essential auxiliary hardware for bag-house dust-collectors.

External-mounted bearings & gear-reducer reduce particulate-dust wear and extend component service-life. Delivers quantitative uniform material discharge.

Also usable as feeding-feeder for pneumatic-conveying pipelines. Custom-build options: stainless-steel corrosion-resistant build, explosion-proof motor, high-temperature chain-drive transmission.
