Introduction The pulse-jet controller is the core electrical control component for bag-house/cartridge dust collectors.

It sequentially triggers electromagnetic pulse-jet valves for cyclic blow-off to complete automatic filter-bag cleaning.

Working principleAfter power-on it cyclically outputs electrical signals per configured parameters to actuate each electromagnetic pulse-jet valve for instantaneous opening.

Compressed-air jets travel through blow-pipes and venturi tubes to shake off dust cake from filter-bag surfaces.

Upon completion of one full blow-off cycle, it auto-restarts for uninterrupted automatic dust-removal. Adjustable key parameters

Pulse interval: Waiting interval between actuation of successive pulse-valves.
