Water cap material: PP, ABS or stainless steel

Gap width: 0.20-0.25 mm; resin particle size: 0.4-1.2 mm; the gap must be less than 1/2 of the minimum resin particle size; gaps > 0.3 mm are very likely to leak intact resin; gaps that are too small are very likely to be blocked by protein colloids and broken resin.

The flow rate of a single water cap is 0.5-1.0 m³/h. The number of water caps should be calculated based on the total maximum flow rate to ensure uniform water distribution on the bottom plate. Do not install too few water caps or overload a single cap.
