Cyclone tube (single tube): mainstream φ10 mm, high-capacity line φ15 mm; material: modified nylon, polyurethane, 316L stainless steel; resistant to abrasion from weak acid (sulfite corn starch milk).

Cyclone station shell: 12 independent shells, 316L stainless steel, with multiple cyclone tubes connected in parallel inside each stage.

Feed pump: One horizontal centrifugal pump per stage to provide feed pressure.

Accessories: primary rotary filter, final stage wash water flow meter, concentration detection cylinder, pressure gauge set, pipeline valves.
