Top-Suspended Centrifuge Lower Bearing

Description: Auxiliary lower-main-shaft support wear part fitted inside bottom-end bearing seat, works jointly with upper bearing to constrain spindle motion.

Main Functions

Absorbs main-shaft radial loads and restricts radial swing at shaft lower end, reduces rotating-bowl high-speed wobble and mitigates unit vibration. Carries partial impact loads, decreases main-shaft flexural deflection and protects rotating bowl and sealing assemblies.

Structural Form & General Materials

Bearing steel for inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements; cages plus dust-proof sealing hardware. Self-aligning roller bearings or deep-groove ball bearings are common; possesses certain capacity to compensate for mounting misalignment.
